West Hollywood's traincar-shaped restaurant and bar at the intersection of Crescent Heights Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard—hence the name—is the perfect place to order a fresh mimosa, nosh on some shrimp quesadillas and eavesdrop on the "Hills" gang gossiping about Justin Bobby.
